About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity, for our clients nationwide. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams, staying updated on regulatory changes, and ensuring accurate and timely compliance.

What you'll do

  • Play a crucial part in managing statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity, for our clients nationwide
  • Manage and oversee statutory compliance processes for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity across India
  • Coordinate with client teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance-related documents and reports
  • Monitor and analyze compliance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
