Impart hands-on training to recruiters. Prioritize work and review it with team members Familiar with professional social networking sites and portals. Understand compensation structure, involve in competitive landscaping of compensation and advise candidates on offers received Play a lead role in closure of offered candidates through consultative and advisory approach

What you'll do

• Responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice
• Responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio
• Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• Recruitment
• Any graduate
