We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Assistant Manager Customer Service to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be ensuring exceptional customer experiences

What you'll do

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
Analyze customer service data and prepare reports for upper management
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
