Assistant Manager - HR Operations-Reward

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Reward Operations plays a critical role within GPS Reward, acting as a Reward subject matter expert and operational leader for core Reward processes. While the role has a strong operational backbone, it also requires solid Reward knowledge, professional judgement, and the confidence to challenge and improve how work is done.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end delivery of core Reward processes, including Annual Pay Review, Bonus/APP payouts, and off cycle compensation changes
• Act as a trusted operational partner to HRBPs, Reward COE, Payroll, Finance, and the business, providing clear guidance and challenge where needed
• Own ticket management and escalations, ensuring SLA adherence while reducing repeat issues through root cause analysis
• Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, controls, and documentation to support scalability and cross coverage
• Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; propose and drive improvements, including automation and system enhancements
