What you'll do

  • Establish and review the monthly incentive process
  • Ensuring the incentives get paid along with salary for different role & different products
  • Monitor existing Incentive policies and processes
  • Periodical review of incentives processes review and suggest process improvements to better the TAT
  • Ensure timely and effective closure audit queries and timely closure of issues

What you need

  • 6–7 yrs of experience

  • MIS reporting
  • Any graduate
