About the role

Responsible for Broker Relationship Management along with dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission, or debt. Work with Manager to manage escalation, prepare RCA and its documentation. B. Com pass or B. Com Hons graduate/Any Finance Graduate

What you'll do

• Investigating unidentified payments and ensuring unallocated cash is kept at minimum
• Responsible for Broker Relationship Management along with dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments
• Work with Manager to manage escalation, prepare RCA and its documentation

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• Accounting
• Accounts receivable
• Root cause analysis
