What you'll do

• Oaktree’s Capital Solutions team focuses on enhancing Oaktree’s strategic relationships with the broader capital markets community and is responsible for all financing
• Assist with transaction execution of new subscription lines, NAV, asset‑based and hybrid facilities and lead extensions/amendments
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a master database for subscription lines
• Continuously monitor facilities including tracking subline utilization, borrowing-base trends to support recommendations for upsizing or downsizing
• Serve as internal contact for fund finance inquiries from portfolio managers, relationship managers, legal, investment team professionals, fund accounting
