What you'll do

Own and drive the enterprise DEI strategy, with strong focus on PwD inclusion
Act as subject ? matter expert on PwD policies, hiring, workplace accommodations and accessibility
Ensure compliance with Rights of Persons with Disabilities ( RPwD ) Act, 2016 and related mandates
Design and scale PwD hiring, onboarding, retention and infrastructure frameworks
Partner with HR, Business Leaders, Facilities, IT and external agencies to embed inclusion
