What you'll do

• Build loyal relationships — Become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors
• Strategize like a pro — Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp
• Lead in the field — Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums
• Gather market intelligence, new projects, and market research
