Associate, Accounts Receivable

About the role

EA's CFO organization comprises a broad group of finance disciplines. We leverage innovative tools and technology to drive efficiency, deliver meaningful analysis, and support informed decision-making. As an Associate, Accounts Receivable , you will be part of the Global Finance organization and report to the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable .

What you'll do

• Support daily Accounts Receivable activities, including cash application, account reconciliations, collections support, and customer master data maintenance
• Maintain customer account transactions and within established service level agreements
• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and account-related inquiries
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to address outstanding receivable issues
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactions and audit requirements

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Accounts receivable
• Accounting
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• MS Office
• Internal controls
• B.Com or BBA
