As a part of the Client Relationship department, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our logistics services. What you'll do

• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
