About the role

As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, providing support, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. This role offers a great opportunity for freshers to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
  • Managing the payable for the allocated clients
  • Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
  • Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
  • Monitoring day to day operations
