Associate - Customer Support

About the role

As an Associate – Customer Support, you'll be the voice of Cityflo and the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's answering queries, resolving concerns, or guiding passengers through their journey, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create happy commuters.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and emails
• Provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance
• Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and valued
• Resolve Issues with Empathy
• Understand customer concerns and resolve them with professionalism and care

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Data entry
• Problem solving
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹18k–₹35k a month
