Associate Director, Commercial & Patient Analytics

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Patient and Commercial Analytics to lead complex analytics engagements that help pharma and biotech clients understand patient journeys, optimize commercial performance, and make better decisions across brand, market access, and sales strategy.

What you'll do

• Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary senior point of contact for commercial, brand, and market access leaders on analytics programs
• Lead patient journey analytics using claims, EHR, specialty pharmacy, hub, and patient support program data, including patient identification, lines of therapy
• Direct commercial analytics work covering sales force effectiveness, territory and customer segmentation, call plan optimization, forecasting
• Design and oversee segmentation, targeting, and prioritization frameworks for HCPs, HCOs, and payers, linking patient-level insights to commercial action
• Define analytical scope, methodology, and deliverables for complex, multi-workstream engagements, ensuring rigor, reproducibility, and clear documentation
