What you'll do

• Lead early engagement with engineering teams and stakeholders to influence specifications and project outcomes
• Develop and execute structured account strategies, including playbooks, pipeline visibility, and opportunity mapping
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align pursuit strategies, share insights, and ensure consistent customer engagement
• Guide commercial awareness by supporting frame agreements and tracking specification-to-order conversion performance
• Design and deliver technical training programs to enhance customer engagement and support specification adoption

What you need

• CRM
• Instrumentation
• B.Tech or B.E.
