Associate Director - Sales

About the role

This is a senior individual contributor role, responsible for owning and closing large, complex sales opportunities with high - value enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of navigating long-cycle, consultative sales processes and engaging senior decision - makers such as CPOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.

What you'll do

• Drive the acquisition of new enterprise customers by effectively articulating the value proposition of our B2B SaaS solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to the executive team
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and product feedback loop
