Associate Director Tech Product Management (DAM & MLR)

About the role

We are seeking a Content Enablement MLR & DAM Solution Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative Content Enablement MLR & DAM products for Novartis International business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver robust business use case’s, solutions and innovative approaches that drive outstanding Customer Experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product MLR &DAM solutions across the content lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aprimo capabilities (workflows, metadata management, taxonomy and content distribution configurations)
• Manage delivery of platforms MLR&DAM application
• Own delivery roadmap execution for Aprimo-related initiatives & enhancements
• Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence
