Associate General Manager - QA/QC

About the role

The AGM – Quality Control / Quality Assurance shall be responsible for leading and implementing the overall QA/QC framework across project sites. The role will ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, testing, inspections, and documentation comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, contract requirements, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Lead the overall QA/QC function for projects under ALD, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, BOQ, method statements, ITPs
• Prepare, review, and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans, quality procedures, checklists, and method statements
• Establish a robust quality control system for civil, structural, architectural, finishing, facade, waterproofing, MEP interface works, and other project activities
• Review and approve quality submissions from contractors, consultants, and vendors including material submittals, test reports, compliance documents
