Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager - Mechanical Recycling will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the mechanical recycling processes at Attero, with a focus on furnace operations and material recovery. This role requires a strong background in metallurgy and mechanical systems, with a particular emphasis on furnace operation.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage the mechanical recycling process, focusing on maximizing efficiency and production
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve the performance of mechanical recycling systems
• Apply in-depth knowledge of metallurgy to optimize the extraction of metals (both ferrous and non-ferrous) from e-waste
• Conduct metallurgical analysis to enhance the yield and quality of recovered materials
• Recommend process modifications based on technical analysis and industry best practices

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Mechanical engineering
• Troubleshooting
• Quality control
• Excel
• B.Tech or B.E.
