Associate Manager - Quality (Civil)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing routine Project QA activities, including planning and scheduling material inspections, coordinating with vendors and QA agencies, shortlisting and deploying TPIs, managing document control, and preparing and circulating MIS reports.

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough reviews of project drawings, BOQs, and contract specifications
• Monitor preparation of Field quality plan to ensure its correctness and effectiveness
• Prepare and compile QA deliverables for tenders, such as FQP, inspection formats, templates, working methodologies, checklists, and field QA protocols
• Engage with contractors, construction managers, and project managers to close NCs and ensure quality compliance during execution at site
• Facilitate FQA team in selecting and deploying TPI personnel at project sites

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
