What you'll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels
