About the role

MBA HR with 6-10 yrs of experience in HR & Administration prefer in manufacturing industry. Exposer to canteen, Security, & Housekeeping and other plant administration. Statutory and Labour laws compliances experts. Communication and Negotiation skill. Ensure company and contractor statutory compliance and maintain all required records, licences and returns.

What you'll do

• Ensure company and contractor statutory compliance and maintain all required records, licences and returns
• Manage contract labour, including manpower deployment, attendance, wages, overtime and contractor compliance
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave and overtime inputs
• Manage day-to-day plant administration, including security, canteen, housekeeping, transport and other facility services
• Monitor contractor/vendor performance and verify bills and supporting documents
