Associate - Route Operations

About the role

As an Associate – Route Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Cityflo's daily operations run seamlessly. From coordinating bus deployments and managing driver availability to monitoring live operations and resolving on-ground challenges, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a safe, punctual, and exceptional commuting experience for thousands of customers every day.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with drivers and operators to ensure timely bus deployment and smooth execution of daily schedules
• Ensure route-wise availability of buses for all planned trips
• Allocate buses efficiently while minimizing operational disruptions
• Track buses in real time and proactively address delays, breakdowns, diversions, or other operational challenges
• Ensure buses adhere to scheduled departure and arrival timelines

What you need
