Associate Student Services

About the role

This is a critical role within sales team, which provide support to AEPs to drive admissions and ensure seamless service to students. This position requires local travel and help sales teams to be more effective.

What you'll do

• Liaison with AEP for sales, support and services – ensure smooth on-boarding of students
• Manage all service requests and challenges that the AEP’s face
• Manage walk-ins & counsel new registrations at Learning Centers
• Manage SLAs of Student documentation
• Ensure student feedback is obtained in order to maintain the highest levels of student Satisfaction
