What you'll do

  • Source, attract and recruit high quality candidates through effective sourcing
  • Attend and gain Edge sessions, Edge 1 Trainings & Point system details
  • Achieve established recruiting KRAs - TE Leaders to finalize actual goals
  • Develop and maintain a Hot Book, fostering long term relationships with candidates (Hot Book will be approved by TL/TAM)
