About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles across Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Services, Oil & Gas, Construction, and other non-IT verticals.

What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business units in the US
  • Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
