About the role

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding solar energy solutions. Explain basic information about rooftop solar systems, solar benefits, installation process, and available solutions. Understand customer requirements and identify potential solar customers. Collect and update customer details such as name, contact number, location/address, electricity consumption, and other required information.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding solar energy solutions
• Collect and update customer details such as name, contact number, location/address, electricity consumption, and other required information
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses
• Coordinate with the sales/site-survey team for further customer assistance
