About the role

Strengthen compliance, payroll accuracy, and statutory adherence Bring structure, ownership, and execution rigor to all HR initiatives 7-14+ years of HR experience with strong generalist exposure Experience managing blue-collar or frontline workforce Proven ability to build processes in scaling environments

What you'll do

• Build and scale the HR function from the ground up
• Work directly with founders in a high-growth environment
• Lead and build the HR function end-to-end for a growing organization
• Design and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks
• Drive HR digitization including HRMS, payroll, and compliance systems

What you need

• 7–14 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• Performance management
• Payroll
• Any graduate
