Back Office Executive

About the role

Manage and supervise the insurance back-office team and daily operations. Handle policy documentation, applications, renewals, endorsements, and customer records. Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, agents, and internal teams for timely processing. Monitor pending cases, team performance, and targets.

What you'll do
