About the role

3-10 years of relevant experience as rebate specialist Proficient in Excel and SAP OTC. Proven ability to demonstrate process excellence and take ownership. Detail-oriented with a strong controls’ mindset. Eager to learn and adapt to diverse cultural environments. Effective communication skills (both written and oral) and strong interpersonal abilities.

What you'll do

• Volume rebate & commission entry in required systems as per commercial contract
• Manage account reconciliation of rebate and commission accounts as per commercial contract
• Volume rebate calculation reporting and stewardship preparation, input and follow up
• Support Agreement settlement and final adjustment proposal based on commercial contract and Sales Management guidance
• Coordination with invoicing team settlements and credit note creation
