What you'll do

  • Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications
  • Extract, transform and prepare data from HCM tools and or or other HR systems for reporting and analysis
  • Build and maintain reports on Workday or SAP, Advanced SQL + Workbench, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insights
  • Support dashboard creation or maintenance using tools like Power BI or Tableau (if applicable)
