Billing Head

About the role

This is not a back-office billing role. This is complete commercial and billing control of the project. We are looking for a highly experienced and aggressive Billing Head who can take full ownership of contractor billing, labour contractor billing, estimation, BOQs, work orders, quantity verification, cost tracking, commercial negotiations, and ERP-based commercial operations for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa.

What you'll do

• Work order management through ERP
• Handle end-to-end contractor and labour contractor billing processes
• Verify contractor and labour bills as per executed quantities and approved BOQs
• Track running bills, final bills, extra items, and variation orders
• Maintain reconciliation of labour bills and executed quantities

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Billing
• ERP
• Coordination
• MIS reporting
• Excel
• Quantity estimation
• Any graduate
