Business Analyst - Health Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis and optimization of business processes and insurance applications within the Swiss health and accident insurance sector. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT specialists to translate complex requirements into effective technical and operational solutions.

What you'll do

• As Business Analyst, you will act as the link between business departments and IT teams, ensuring that insurance requirements are accurately understood, documented
• Analyze business requirements and operational processes within the Swiss health and accident insurance sector
• Develop appropriate solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT specialists
• Manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle, including analysis, concept development, specification, implementation, and validation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of insurance applications and business processes, particularly claims processing and automated invoice verification
