What you'll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for new and existing systems
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements
  • Create wireframes, flowcharts, and other visual documentation to illustrate business processes
