About the role

We are looking for a Business Associate to work closely with the Business Head and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — ideal for someone who loves solving complex business problems, building processes from scratch, and owning measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Planning & governance of the metric – Breakup of the metric (Cohort, Traffic, Conversion), Inputs which influence the metric and Daily/Weekly trends
  • Plan for backup plans if metric is not on Track
  • Define the LTV across multiple categories

What you need

  • 1–2 yrs of experience
