Financial Modeling & Business Case Development Build financial models for new partnerships, operator evaluations, feasibility studies, and investment opportunities

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed market studies, demand–supply analysis, industry trend evaluation, and competitor benchmarking across target markets
• Analyze hotel performance metrics, tourism trends, economic indicators, and market opportunities to support business development strategy
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and insights to guide asset management and development decision-making
• Build financial models for new partnerships, operator evaluations, feasibility studies, and investment opportunities
• Perform scenario analysis, ROI calculations, NPV/IRR analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity assessments
