Business Development Executive

About the role

You will own lead generation and lead nurturing for EarthOne's UK accounting business. You won't need to find leads from scratch. Your job is to run outreach, start conversations with UK accounting firms and businesses, and move qualified prospects toward a signed engagement. After initial onboarding, we expect you to run this work independently.

What you'll do

• Run email outreach campaigns to UK prospects using the company's CRM and outreach tools. This includes sequencing, follow-ups, and monitoring responses
• Make direct calls to prospects to introduce our services and qualify interest
• Keep accurate records of all email and LinkedIn replies, with the CRM and trackers kept up to date
• Take primary discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs
• Coordinate with the operations team on prospect requirements, scoping, and handovers
