Business Development Executive - East

About the role

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting Trust Center expansion, coordinating education initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and data governance aligned with organisational objectives. Onboard and activate jewellery retail partners within the assigned territory to expand service penetration.

What you'll do

• Support market development and business growth across the region by executing outreach initiatives, onboarding jewellery retailers, driving service adoption
• Onboard and activate jewellery retail partners within the assigned territory to expand service penetration
• Support establishment and operational readiness of Trust Centers in line with organisational standards
• Drive jewellery submission growth by achieving defined annual targets for volume (pieces) and value (carats)
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to encourage sustained submission pipeline
