• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and project sector
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, market research, email campaigns, and client visits
• Identify potential industrial clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Make regular calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits
