Business Development Manager(B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive-B2B to expand our client base and drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services
• Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
• Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and Founders to understand their hiring requirements
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active recruitment mandates
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to showcase Hiringlabs' recruitment solutions
