Business Development Manager at iSHR for IT & Surveillance. Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to identify business opportunities and generate interest in our products/services.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to identify business opportunities and generate interest in our products/services
• Engage in lead generation activities to initiate conversations, introduce our company's offerings, and establish rapport with potential clients
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline to determine their suitability for our products/services
• Communicate our value proposition and key benefits to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific business challenges
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely responses to inquiries and requests for information
