About the role

The opening portfolio covers rheology modifiers, sunscreen/UV filter agents and beauty active ingredients, made in India for global formulators and brand owners. You will be commercial leader of this vertical. You will build the customer base from zero, starting in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, then expand into the USA and Europe.

What you'll do

  • Market development and revenue
  • Build and execute the market entry plan for each Wave 1 region: target segments, priority accounts, pricing and channel model
  • Own the vertical's revenue, gross margin and collections targets; maintain a clean, forecastable pipeline in the CRM
  • Prepare the Wave 2 entry for USA and Europe: regulatory readiness, distributor shortlists and reference customers from Wave 1
  • Channel and distributor network
