Business Development Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our sales growth. You must be a quick learner, creative and self-motivated with excellent professional communication skills, be able to showcase our offerings compellingly and be passionate about the industry.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives
• Proactively identify and qualify potential leads from Outbound and Inbound sources
• Research and define key targets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Originations
• Perform ongoing analysis for action and review of ongoing efforts that generate quota retirement and success
