About the role

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The candidate will support global social media and marketing teams by delivering research and insights across social media and influencer programs. The role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing strategies to enhance engagement, ROI, and brand impact.

What you'll do

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance across platforms
• Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
• Develop data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
• Build dashboards and performance reports using social media analytics tools
• Conduct social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities
