What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership Defines overarching safety frameworks, policies, and objectives across all project phases from design through operations
• Provides executive-level advice to GC leadership and clients on complex risks, including system integration hazards during tunneling, electrification
• Expert Oversight Mentors K3 Chiefs and lower-tier teams (K4/K5), conducts independent safety audits, hazard analyses
• Leads specialist investigations, safety case development, and stakeholder engagements with regulators for approvals and certifications
• Key Deliverables Develops comprehensive safety management systems, risk registers, and emergency preparedness plans tailored to metro environments
