Cluster Head

About the role

As a Cluster Head, you will be a critical member of the organization, responsible for developing and implementing Sales strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio the organization. We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple project sites, sales teams, and business operations within an assigned geographical cluster.

What you'll do

• Business & Revenue Ownership
• Own and drive sales targets, revenue achievement, and business performance across all assigned projects within the cluster
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize inventory movement, bookings, and revenue generation
• Monitor project-wise sales performance and implement corrective action plans wherever required
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives
