Achieve Profit Targets for Commercial Vehicle business for the cluster of Branches in the Durgapur Cluster
Achieving sales targets set for the region by ensuring 100%compliance
Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations
Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members
Assessing training needs to accelerate his team's performance
