About the role

The role provides strategic technical leadership, translating business needs into standardized, future-ready M365 solutions that maximize value and reliability across the enterprise. Daily Tasks involve conducting meeting with Global site leads for improvements and challenges, managing vendors. Filling the loopholes in the process, thus, redefining the existing procedures.

What you'll do

• Responsible for designing high level and low-level documents (SOPs)
• Handling incidents with Microsoft365 Platform
• Handle issue at L2+ level and assist or guide team for issue resolutions
• Perform routine analysis on compliance policies and proactively check and fix possible incidents on infra
• Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete Microsoft retention policies
