What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial property owners, developers
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including property sourcing, site visits, commercial negotiations, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, exits
  • Prepare market comparisons, proposals, offer letters, term sheets, and client business cases to support leasing decisions
  • Coordinate with clients, landlords, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, lease compliance, stamp duty, and registration
  • Maintain accurate transaction records, pipeline updates, and stakeholder communication

What you need
