About the role

Leverage AI to drive efficiency and optimization in people processes. Interpret complex workforce data and metrics to provide meaningful insights, recommendations and advisory support to leadership teams. A successful candidate for this role should meet the following criteria: 5-11 years of experience , preferably in Tech/Prod based orgs or Consulting firms

What you'll do

• Handle People Analytics to support strategic decisions
• Lead and deliver the end-to-end Annual Compensation Cycle
• Conduct research and perform detailed analysis to identify trends, develop project briefs, and support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
• Manage human capital-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards and budget
• Build & maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and deliver effective solutions
